Chance grew up in South Johnson County and graduated from William Jewell College with a degree in Business, Marketing, and Critical Thought & Inquire. Specializing in problem-solving, target marketing, and business development his career as a collegiate football player has taught him how to handle adversity, collaboration, leadership, and multitask management, making him a qualified candidate for success in a fast-paced and ever-changing housing industry.
Chance comes from a Top-Producing Team in Leawood and has sold over $11 Million of Real Estate since joining the Business in 2018 making him one of the youngest Volume Producers in the KC Metro market. He specializes in working with Young families, First-Time Homebuyers, and Sellers in the Kansas City Area.
Chance finds success in exploiting the platforms modern technology has provided: Social Media, a strong clientele of Investors and young Families, and quality staging/design platforms have largely contributed to his accomplishments as an agent. He relishes every given opportunity in assisting families in the purchase and sale of their most important asset and enjoys making the process as relaxing and comforting as possible for his clients.
