Step 1: Pre-approval Process
The first step is known as the pre-approval process; this is the stage where we'll iron out all of the financial details so that you can make an official offer on the house. At this early stage, Trent will connect you with a trusted financial contact to assess all variables, including credit rates and assets, to find out how much money you're eligible to borrow for purchasing a home.
Step 2: Negotiations
In the second stage, Trent will take over to mitigate negotiations and make an official offer. You'll never have to worry about feeling out of the loop or unsure of what your agent is doing, as Trent is a detail-oriented and client-focused professional who will always take the time to field questions and walk you through each task until you're up to speed.
He will handle the contractual obligations and use fierce, analytical negotiation tactics to submit a fair bid (previously discussed with you, of course!) on the house you want. This stage is where we'll discuss the appraisal process and home inspections.
Step 3: Closing
The third and final stage is the most exciting one of all! Finally, your offer has been accepted, and you'll soon be receiving the keys to your new home. Trent is more than just a buyer's agent. He'll help you throughout the entire closing process, ensuring all the financial details are smoothed and finalizing and doing whatever he can to assist you in making a seamless transition.
